CERTIFICATION

Dolomiticert is a Body Notified in Brussels with ID Number 2008 (NB 2008), authorized by the Ministry of Economic Development and by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare to issue test reports for CE certification for Category I and II Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for product categories from head to foot, eye protectors excluded.

TEST AND CERTIFICATION LABORATORY

Monorail drop weight testers for impact tests on helmets for sport activities and work (skiing, cycling, kayaking, canoeing, horse riding helmets and so on).

Bifilar drop weight tester for impact tests on motorcycling, skiing, horse riding protectors, protective helmets for industrial use and mountaineering, or in compliance with the client’s specifications.

Test field for static and dynamic tests on fixed and mobile anchor points, safety lines and safety nets.

Dedicated testing equipment for tests on gloves against mechanical risks, motorcycling gloves and clothing, protective clothing, motorcycling footwear and protective and safety footwear.

8 metres high drop weight tester for dynamic tests on protective equipment against falls from a height for work and mountaineering.

13 meters high drop weigh tester for dynamic tests on static ropes and dynamic ropes, energy absorption systems (EAS, also known as klettersteig/via ferrata sets) and braking devices with assisted manual locking.

Test bench with servo hydraulic control system assisted by acquisition software to carry out traction and fatigue tests in compliance with European and international standards.

Test bench for the validation and testing of buoyant aids (vests, water wings, belts, float boards,…) or of the material they are made of.

Mechanical and electronic instruments and “out of the machine” sensors managed by state-of-the-art acquisition systems to be used for the correct execution of certification tests.

Chambers for the aging and conditioning of devices in order to prepare for the execution of tests in compliance with the standards.
